We had a fantastic day competing in the very heart of Rome and learning the art of making Italian dishes. Our group was consisted of just 6 people. We participated in couples face-off class. I and my boyfriend competed with the other couples that we had not met yet. We did a cooking workshops with Misha. We met him at a market and chose our ingredients and then slowly meandered back to the workshop. On the way he told us and showed Rome’s history. He was a gentleman throughout the workshop . He took his time . He was wonderful with all 3 of my children who ages are 5, 10 and 12 he had patience. They were engaged and interested. Our meal was delicious. He treated us as
